Gratitude
This word has been used quite a bit lately, especially in the self-discovery world. We’ve all heard that keeping a gratitude journal or counting off ten things we are grateful for each night before bed will help us learn to live a better life.
But gratitude is not something we need to learn; it already exists within us. Like a muscle it will strengthen with use, but it is always there inside waiting for an opportunity to spread joy.
